Uncover
our story

Edjespresso began with a simple idea and a lot of heart. Founded by Ed, a passionate coffee lover with a deep appreciation for good conversation and great espresso, the shop was created as a place where people could slow down and feel at home. Inspired by years of enjoying coffee as more than just a drink, Ed wanted to bring that same warmth and care to Barnard Castle. Every cup served at Edjespresso reflects that journey — thoughtfully made, welcoming, and rooted in the belief that the best moments often start with a coffee.
